Shipping and Returns
Packaging
All orders are checked and individually packaged before dispatch.
Attention: Please inspect packages for DAMAGE, TEARS, or MISSING items before signing. We cannot accept responsibility if you sign without checking.
Shipping
- Shipping times vary by product. Standard stock items are usually delivered within 1 – 3 working days. Custom-made orders may take up to 2 weeks, depending on specifications.
- We will notify you by email or phone if there are delays, offering alternatives or refunds.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are clearly displayed based on your postcode when adding items to your shopping basket.
Shipping Terms
- Someone must be present at the shipping address to check and sign for the products.
- Provide the full shipping address, including the postcode and a contact name and phone number at the time of order.
- Upon signing, you confirm receipt of the goods in good condition.
- If someone is not present during the shipment attempt, it will be rescheduled.
- Notify us of any special requirements at the time of order.
Returns and Refunds
At Candoo Ltd., we aim for 100% customer satisfaction. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return STOCK items within 7 days for a refund or exchange, minus postage and card charges. Terms apply:
- Returns policy is strictly 7 days.
- Items must be returned in original, as-new condition with all accessories and packaging.
- A 25% restocking fee applies.
- Refunds deduct postage charges and a 2.5% card payment processing charge.
- Orders canceled within 24 hours are subject to a 2.5% charge.
- Made-to-order, Bespoke, or Commissioned items are non-refundable unless faulty.
Note: We are not responsible for returned packages until received. Use a signed-for (tracked) shipping service for returns.

Delivery for orders under £100 : £10 + VAT
Delivery for orders between £100 – £250 : £25 + VAT
There is Free Delivery for orders over £250
Orders outside Mainland UK (Scotland, Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, British Isles)

Cast Iron Radiator Shop Returns
Unfortunately, as our cast iron radiators are bespoke, we are unable to accept returns and refunds for any of our radiators. Accessories can be returned.
